INFORMATION PACKAGE

The information provided from your questionnaire allows us to build a personal profile and compile a personalised Information Kit.Your kit contains all requested information on such areas as, short term accommodation availability, suburb analysis, educational medical, sport and recreational facilities, council services and utilities information. It also includes community information on public transport, shopping centres, maps, street directory, list of relevant phone numbers, school prospectus, childcare availability, any other lifestyle information you require. Should you have any special requirements, we are more than happy to do the research for you.

ORIENTATION PACKAGE

On arrival in Mackay a consultant from CQ Relocation Services will meet you at the airport or at pre-arranged accommodation to provide you with your Information Kit. From there you will be briefed on your orientation program which has been predetermined by the research compiled in your Information Kit. A personalised orientation tour will familiarise you with the local amenities and lifestyle facilities, including shopping and restaurant precincts, hospital and medical localities, educational and sporting facilities, places of worship and suburb localities. Any further assistance or information you may require can be determined at this point. Our Orientation generally takes a full day to complete (depending on the requests of the client).

HOME SEARCH AND ORIENTATION PACKAGE

Temporary accommodation on arrival can be arranged and booked on your behalf based on your needs and requirements. This type of accommodation could be in the form of serviced apartments, motels/hotels, units or short term leases. You may prefer to have a more permanent residence available on arrival in the form of a leased residence or a purchased property, whereby we will liase with either the property or sales agent on your behalf. This process involves making a short-list of suitable properties based on your Personal Profile. We make all enquiries, appointments and arrangements on your behalf, providing regular communication and updates on all developments as they progress. Once a suitable property has been selected, we can then submit a Residential Tenancy Application on your behalf if required, dealing directly with the property manager. If purchasing, we can arrange property inspections, pest and building reports, property valuations and introductions to legal and conveyancing services. An Orientation service on arrival is also included in this package.

COMPREHENSIVE RELOCATION PACKAGE

This package provides the client with complete assistance and support to integrate into the community with ease. An Information Kit, Home Search and Orientation and any Auxiliary Services required are fully inclusive. Families with children who utilise community services regularly would benefit from this package as we can arrange school interviews, club memberships, locate sporting venues, clubs and childcare facilities. We can arrange for utilities to be connected,  furniture storage,  pet assistance,  home set-up services,  licences, council registrations and anything  you may require to ensure your transition is smooth. Clients relocating from interstate or overseas with different cultures, governments and laws will find it beneficial, providing valuable and informative local knowledge. Where clients have special needs, we do extensive research to provide them with the best possible outcome.  Ongoing support and assistance for up to 3 months is provided as part of this program to ensure the clients settle comfortably.
